My wife drives from mid Delaware to shop here
First time at this bakery. I wanted a custom cake...just with leopard spots on it! The lady told me I had to email kyjs bakery with a picture and exactly what SHE wrote on the order form. So I do as was told by this employee...only to get emails back. Then this employee calls me to tell me to make sure I say I want it delivered to the Boothwyn store....so once again, I do what was asked of me.....only to get emails back telling me I need to go to the Chester location to place my order and to speak to the cake decorator for pricing. Now the employee at the Boothwyn store called them to ask pricing! So now I have 4 days now to get a cake for my 16 yr olds birthday! Thanks for nothing! Apparently communication is not their strong suit! I guess as long as you dont need to order anything from them it may be an ok place to go....which I will never know their quality because I will never step foot in ANY of their stores EVER again!!!
