Since it is just one experience, I'm giving it an extra star just in case its unusual for them to not answer the phone for over an hour. Still, being on hold for over an hour is very hard when you have already dealt with 3 other groups before calling the local post office to find a missing package.
Always a 20 minute wait to drop anything off and the line is always 4 people deep.
This place is very understaffed! The lone clerk is very friendly and helpful regardless how long his line gets.
This is a small post office that works in conjunction with the Linwood office. There are usually 1-2 clerks available and the lines are long during peak hours. I have a PO Box there for my small business. Will and Ivory are super helpful and friendly.
Worst P.O. I have ever experienced.
